I decided to attend a Stitch and Bitch (knitting) on Tuesday night at an area coffee shop and took myself out to dinner beforehand. I discovered a Lebanese place in Takoma Park and recommend it if you happen to pass through town. The place has excellent food and service but isn’t fancy or expensive.

Dear Readers,
I’ve had the opportunity to meditate, write about, and reflect on prosperity and to discuss prosperity with a variety of people I coach. My conversations and study of prosperity led me to the work of three different people that expanded my view of our own power over our prosperity. Friends, we have a lot […]

In the past four days, I’ve read four poetry books. Each one contains a completely different style from the next. When we read most reviews, we’re reading the artistic preferences and prejudices of one person. It seems obvious, doesn’t it? If it’s so, then why do we place so much importance on them?
Random points on […]

I expressed my daily goals the other day. I’ve kept them all and even added one.
One of them was to read a book each day of my vacation. This experiment has been completely liberating. Usually I read a poetry book with a perfectionist mindset and think I have to know (deeply) each poem. Now, I’m […]
