I vote for NaPoMemMo. I’d like to avoid NaPoMeMo because National Poetry Me Month is too close to the bone.

I agree on memorize being a bit bland, but I love the idea of memorizing poetry. I started memorizing one for the first time in years earlier last year, got to the last two lines and was distracted. I’m going to finish learning it today!

Heart Held Poetry – if we memorize it we are holding it in our heart like a memory. Oh, but what would it become – NaHeHePoMo………..

and Pamela’s becomes Repo month — without the National in front, so maybe we should add the Na in front. I like recite rather than memory (the word).

Can’t wait to hear other ideas.
